About India Adams
India Adams started her professional singing career while still a schoolgirl. In her teens she did vocal dubbing in films for Joan Crawford in "Torch Song" and for Cyd Charisse in "The Band Wagon," and under contract to MGM and RCA records. After moving to New York, India had starring roles in several musical shows including "Can Can" and "The Most Happy Fellow," and was the featured singer at the Latin Quarter and Radio City Music Hall.
