In The Presence of Enemies was an instrumental progressive metal band consisting of Christian Reardon (Guitar), Joe Marro (Guitar), William Wheeler (Bass), Andrew Sobotka (Keyboard), and Christopher Aquila (Drums). The group was formed in Cheektowaga, New York and was heavily influenced by bands such as Protest the Hero, Periphery, Between the Buried and Me, Sikth and Cynic. Their debut full-length entitled "Learning Curve" was released in October of 2010. Andrew Sobotka and Joe Marro were not featured in this album.
