About In The Amber
In The Amber began as a nameless, project idea in late 2009. Joel and Greg had previously played in a band together, and greatly enjoyed feeding off of eachothers styles. Of course, life always gets in the way of anything it can. Joel wound up resuming school over 2 hours away, and the band broke up. In this off time, Greg and Max began to associate more frequently, which lead to a realization that their styles meshed quite well. After a few months of random jamming, the plot to formulate a band together began to stew.
