About In Bear Suits
In Bear Suits is one of the projects of young french musician Pierre Caron (born Oct. 1983). He records short modern folk songs, with little equipment, in a fashion much typical of the 90's lo-fi movement. Rather idiosyncratically, each song is recorded with a very different technique, ranging from home-studio digital equipment to a handheld tape recorder. He also re-records the same songs a lot, trying on new recording approaches for each version.
