About ian wardle
Born and raised on the muddy banks of the River Wear near Durham, UK, Ian Wardle went through several musical guises and aliases before settling on the name his parents gave him. It seems they may have been right all along. After playing in several poor cover bands as a bassist or guitarist Ian got bored with other peoples songs and decided to buy a 4-track tape recorder instead. Lots of songs were thrashed out into this little grey box, some had just guitars and words, others were a bit more ambitious, most sounded a bit rubbish.
