
Ian Brighton is a UK based guitarist who is known for playing improvised music between 1970's and 1990's, recently emerging from ‘retirement’ in 2013. He was one of a group of musicians who were known as the ‘second generation’ of British free improvisers. The first included, Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, John Stevens, Trevor Watts et al.
