I Speak In Calculus was originally formed as a 5 piece in Southeastern Michigan in 2008 consisting of Ivan Fargo on guitars, John McKinley on synth/keys/samples Kevin Beattie on drums, Kurt Girdwood on bass, and Zei Lakeman covering vocals. In 2011, I Speak In Calculus resurfaced with John and Ivan assuming all instrument writing and responsibilities.
