About I Am Jedi
"I Am Jedi is setting out to change the way people listen to metal music. We are all about juxtaposition, fusion, and eclecticism. Our main influences are djent, mixed with a little bit of traditional death metal, along with a bit of indie and progressive rock." Formed in the summer of 2009 after indie rock band Ayris split, singer Allie Nickel and guitarist Matt Hogya started writing and recording the music as the beginnings of I Am Jedi using protools and programmed drums.
