"Hymn From Above' s first release was a four song demo. They then got signed to Die Hard Records, issuing Die Hard's first release, the 6 song EP, Roses As The Last Gift. The EP was well recieved and Hymn From Above only got better and better from there. They issued this statement in the EP, regarding their name and it's supposed reference to religion, "Purely and entirely for the music, that's it. Labeling is going strong nowadys, but we just want to make the music, period.
