About Hollowblue
Hollowblue, originally a solo project by Gianluca Maria Sorace, becomes a band in 2003 when Marco Calderisi aka Killjoy on guitar, Giancarlo Russo on bass and Federico Moi on drums joined him. On strings they had the support of several people: Chiara Cavalli, Sarah Crespi and Sarah Mayer on violin and Ellie Young on cello. In the summer of 2009 the keyboardist Enrico Filippi permanently joined the band. Hollowblue have released three albums, each of which has received fantastic reviews and attention from both Italian and international press.
