Beacuse this is an artist descrtiption, we'll describe the artist. Hipi in general is a very hepi person - although it's badly written, the Wolf says it means Happy... So, she's a happy person, really tall, with enormous and splendid hair, two big eyes, a nose, i think, and just one mouth.
