Hideki Saijou (西城 秀樹) was born on 13 April 1955 in Hiroshima, Japan. A relatively unknown singer, he has sung the opening song for the anime Turn A Gundam and the ending song for Chibi Maruko-chan. He was also the seiyuu of the character "Botchan" in the anime TV series "Botchan".
