About Hey Hey Melodica
Hey Hey Melodica is a four-piece band from Indianapolis. They play indie rock music with classic pop and folk influences, from Pet Sounds and Scott Walker to Elliott Smith and Bright Eyes. The band has been together since 2006 and have recorded two EPs. Their new record, The Sinking Ship & the Landlocked Sailor, contains five songs written by Anthoney Scroggins, who creates surreal landscapes with his lyrics and melancholic melodies. The band is currently at work on a new LP that will be released in 2010.
