About Hersencellen
Butsenzeller is a Belgian multi-instrumentalist who played in several other bands, such as A Clean Kitchen Is a Happy Kitchen, Dottir Slonza, DAAU, and as a solo artist. Gert Vanlerberghe is a Belgian poet and writer (three novels, one play). Together they are Hersencellen, an Antwerp-based band that mixes poetry with music. The word 'hersencellen' is Dutch and simply means 'brain cells'. In 2017 they will release their first album 'We Ploeteren Voort'
