About Hellen Bisker
Hellen Bisker was a short lived indie rock band from Maringa - Pr - Brazil whose claim to fame was to support Make Up and later Superchunk . The band formed by Bulla (bass guitar), Henrique (guitar and vocals - The Tamborines ), Rodrigo Carvalho (guitar and vocals - The Soundscapes ) and Raphael Carvalho (Drums - The Soundscapes) was heavily influenced by Britsh shoegaze bands such as Ride and My Bloody Valentine and American lo-fi displayed by bands like Guided by Voices , Pavement and Sonic Youth .
