Heartek = heart+technology. Heartek is an italian Pop Rock band originary from Torino. Inspirations. They call their music “SID (sound device interface) rock” just for fun, quoting the old sound chip mounted on the Commodore 64 personal computer from the 80’s. Sons of the eighties, Heartek belong to those hours spent in the arcades, shrouded in loudness and bits, or in front of those old computer monitors. Influenced by prehistorical computer games they experienced with the hard rock by Bon Jovi
