About Head Of Programmes
Head Of Programmes is essentially the alias of James MacGregor, a singer/songwriter based in South West England. He writes simple songs that wander the same paths of love, joy and failure profered by Smog, Sun Kill Moon or Bonnie Prince Billy, producing a beautiful and sometimes painfully intimate alt-country meets indie rock sound. He sometimes plays with a band, and sometimes alone. Writing, recording and touring consistantly since 2006, Head Of Programmes has slowly built a name on the underground as a serious songwriter
