About Head Bangs
Head Bangs was started in Tacoma, WA by Sarah Moore in 2007 as a solo keyboard and vocals act. She played several open mic nights before recruiting drummer Elliott Snyder in March 2008. The duo recorded a 4 song EP that spring, and played some shows in Tacoma and Olympia. After a summer hiatus the duo moved into the attic at the 808, and soon began operating the basement as a venue + studio + practice space. After playing many shows in the NW, they decided to record a full length cassette entitled "WHAT EVEN IS THIS????" in early 2009
