Harley Jay was a short-lived Dutch pop/rock group based in the northern province of Groningen and active in 1973 and 1974. The band was established by Harry Rijnbergen, who is best known as the frontman of sixties beat outfit RO-D-YS, with which band he enjoyed considerable Dutch chart success. Harley Jay, however, released just one single: 'Rosie' b/w 'Lifetime' in 1973.
