About Hand Of Grief
Hand of Grief is a 5 piece metal band that hails from Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Formed in mid 2006 they draw on a wide variety of influences, from thrash, hardcore, death metal, black metal, doom, sludge, right through to classic rock and blues, combining these influences to create a sonic sledgehammer that attacks the listener and has them nodding their head from opening note to closing riff. After only 6 weeks a rough demo was cut, with the band doing all the work themselves
