About Halsabschneider
Late 70's/early 80's punk band from Berlin-Spandau. These four songs are from the Split EP with Nachdruck. A fifth song that was recorded, World War 3, did not make it (no space left). Sounded more Scandinavian, similar to Finnish Hardcore bands at the time, without trying to copy them. A second, faster 4-track EP was recorded with a rougher mix applied, but never released due to financial problems and the band splitting up when life kicked in after the last members had left school and went on to study.
