Kai Smythe has been creating and performing his own independent theatre, music and film projects for over 10 years. His most recent project “Hairy Soul Man” is an original comedy soul music show featuring a 10-piece band, which premiered at the 2013 Melbourne Fringe Festival. His music video for the single ‘Loving Myself’ burst on to the festival circuit, already receiving the audience choice award choice award for “Best Short’ at the Chicago Comedy Film Festival
