Grown Folks is based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan and was founded and established in 2006 by Super Producer DJ Strange and one of the most talented Lyrical MCs in the Midwest, Don Juan. This Group has committed themselves to recreating the meaning and substance for today’s Hip Hop style and image. DJ Strange and Don Juan have been partners in music since 1998. DJ Strange knew he was destined to have a successful career in music. His earliest influences were his Father and his Uncle.
