Bandcamp Post Apocalyptic Blackened Doom Grim Ritual started as a three piece with long time friends Jeremi Cardenas on Guitars, Jake Smith on Drums, and Steve Mera handling Bass and vocal duties. For 2 years, Grim Ritual impressed audiences across Portland, Oregon with their down tuned heavy sound and their ability to entertain people across genres and age groups. In 2007, Feeling the need to expand, they added Austin Adams from local group "Recrud" as a full time bass player
