About Green Straw Machine
Green Straw Machine is a rock band from Oulu, Finland, formed in 2016. They released their first two singles in the summer of 2020 and their debut album, "Ultimate Threshold", in the fall of the same year. The band combines rock, metal, progressive rock and blues in their music. Their main influences are speed and other "durgs". The band was started by Jiri Huovinen (singer and guitarist) and Matias Kivelä (drummer). Later they were joined by Niko Paakkari (lead guitarist) and Niko Kyllinen (bassist).
