About Gracious Sakes Alive
GSA was founded by Joe Micheletti and Nick Mazzeo as a side project in 2009. Quickly, GSA took on a life of its own, morphing from the dark depths of a practice space in Syracuse, NY, to listeners and followers all over the internet. Joe and Nick hit the studio and recruited musicians Lawrence Luckwaldt and Evan Newell to take part in the live incarnation of the band. Once on the road, it was quickly realized something special was taking place
