Gormoth is a Hungarian atmospheric black metal project created by multi-instrumentalist Adam (often credited simply as “Adam/Everything”), rooted in melancholic, ambient-leaning extreme metal that explores themes of nature, grief, introspection, and mortality. The name Gormoth is drawn from the old name of the artist’s hometown, recorded in 1219, tying the music’s emotional depth to both personal and ancestral landscapes. Gormoth’s work often features minimalist yet emotionally charged arrangements
