About Go Go Fish
Originally formed from the only survivors of an expedition to recover a crashed alien spacecraft from the heart of the Gobi Desert, Go Go Fish are now a four-piece band from Brisbane who make unnecessarily verbose garage pop on a cheap guitar with catchy boy/girl vocals. Following the release of their self-recorded debut EP Grande Velour, singer/guitarist Scott Mercer and drummer Ash Shanahan played a summer of shows as a lean, noisy two-piece before deciding to try out some bass players in an effort to capture that 'bom, bom-bom.
