Giovan Carlo Rossi (1617-1692) was a 17th Century musician and composer, active in Rome. He was the younger brother of the composer Luigi Rossi, and husband of the composer Francesca Campana. He was a famous player of the arpa a tee registri, and would substitute as organist of San Luigi dei Francesi in his brother Luigi's absence. He later became affiliated with Palazzo Barberini, reviving the famed Barberini harp in 1673 on the momentous occasion when Maffeo Barberini was awarded the Order of the Golden Fleece.
