About Gifts from Enola
Gifts From Enola is a band from Harrisonburg, Virginia that formed in 2005 and split up in 2013. They reunited to play Dunk! Festival in Belgium in May 2019, when they announced that they had not yet decided what happens next. They juxtapose elements of post-rock with a burgeoning hard-rock approach and a touch of the "experimental" style, to soften that harshness. Some songs explode with blistering intensity and then sink slowly back into sonic landscapes with a milder disposition.
