About Giant Surprise
Giant Surprise was started in San Diego, California by Michael Schriner (Future Age, AQUATIC(A)) and Chris Gorrie (Future Age, Boychick, Retra) after the dissolution of their previous band, Future Age. They self-released their first EP, Endless, in September 2015. This was followed by the Is Failure an Option? EP (January 2016) and their first full-length, Dive (October 2016). Since Dive, they have released a split EP -- Congratulations on Surviving Eternity (June 2017) -- with Schriner's new project AQUATIC(A).
