Ghost in the Canyon is the stage and recording name of dream folk singer and songwriter Catherine Rose Smith (born Stanford, CA, United States, 14 July 1992). She currently splits time between Los Angeles, CA and San Francisco, CA. The name Ghost in the Canyon is inspired by a lyrics from the song "Shivering Faun" by the Fruit Bats. She has released the EP "Morning", recorded at San Francisco's famous Studio Trilogy, as well as several albums of self-produced material.
