
Georgia Maq (born Georgia MacDonald) is an Australian singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Victoria. Macdonald began performing in public around 2006 as a busker, eventually gaining a following amongst the Melbourne music community. Her father was Hugh MacDonald, an Australian musician best known for his time in Redgum who also owned his own studio in which Maq recorded her own material. Her debut release was an EP entitled Friends and Bowler's Run, released independently in 2013.
