
About Geoff Goddard
Geoff Goddard (born 19 November 1937, Reading, Berkshire — died 15 May 2000, Reading, Berkshire) is an English songwriter. As he worked for Joe Meek, he wrote songs for Heinz, Mike Berry, Gerry Temple, The Tornados, Kenny Hollywood, The Outlaws, Freddie Starr, Screaming Lord Sutch, Gunilla Thorne, The Ramblers, Carter-Lewis and the Southerners and John Leyton ("Johnny Remember Me"); plus he played keyboards on various of his productions, most notably on The Tornados' worldwide hit single, "Telstar".
