The Original General Smiley General Smiley is one half of Jamaica's number one Dee Jay duo Papa Michigan and General Smiley. Papa Michigan (born Anthony Fairclough) and General Smiley (born Erroll Bennett) were among the first dual-toasters on the Jamaican scene.
