About Gary Stockton
Gary Stockton was born in London, and spent part of his early youth in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Southern England. When he was 17 he emigrated with his family to the United States. An avid guitarist since an early age, he started writing songs shortly after moving to California influenced by the music of his youth, The Who, The Kinks, The Jam and The Beatles. Some hearing problems caused a 10 year break from music; however, the gift of a new Lowden acoustic guitar from his Brother Alan sparked a renewed passion for songwriting
