In 1999, Galaxfiftyfour, a 4-piece band from Karlovac, Croatia, got together to do atmospheric, slow, melancholic synth-and-drum-machine-ladden music. The original line-up: Chado - voice, guitars, synths / Prota - synths / Mate - bass / Skrga - guitars, drums Soon enough, the first album saw the light of day: Sleepers Vs. Satelittes (anubis records, 2000) The album was recorded over a period of some three weeks at Misery studios, Karlovac. Gear used: Korg Poly61 analog synthesizer
