About Gagiit
In late 2007, Gagiit (guh-geat) was formed from the depths of leader Kats Ts'ilaa's mind. He envisioned music that poured emotion and a projected images, like an acoustic movie. After some small financial troubles and hours of practice, he decided that he was good enough to begin making music. The first songs were very ambient, but over time the sound has evolved through black and death metal to it's current form, an instrumentalist ambient/post rock influenced sound.
