About Furious Penguin
Where to begin? One fine day, Kris (formerly known as DJ K-Majiq) and Ev (a reverse oreo) jammed on some guitars in a weird tuning and somehow wrote a song that didn't sound half bad. To celebrate this achievement, some alcohol and lots of Teevee snacks were consumed, and during these festivities, lyrics were written. The end result? Furious Penguin was born. Since then, experimentation has been a key part of creating our music, blending progressive rock elements (Karnivool, Tool, Dead Letter Circus) with acoustic guitars and vocals.
