Fresh Eyes for the Dead Guy are a band from Nottingham, England, formed in late 2009. The band consists of Nicholas Chuter (Guitar, vocals), Simon Hussey (Guitar, vocals), Tom 'Chillie' Churchill (Bass) and Tom Stratford (Drums), none of whom had met before forming the band. Fresh Eye's style is still early in development, but is influenced by many of the post hardcore bands of the 1990s and 2000s, such as Fugazi and At the Drive In, as well as the pop hooks of American indie rock.
