Frédérique Trunk, pianist, composer, arranger, singer graduated in 1986 from the Conservatoire de Musique de Strasbourg (France) with Honors in Piano, Theory and Chamber Music, and with a diploma in Musicology from the Université des Sciences Humaines de Strasbourg. In 1992, Frédérique came to New York to study at the New School’s Jazz and Contemporary Music Program with Kenny Werner, Fred Hersch and Maria Schneider and privately with Richie Beirach and William Allaudin Mathieu.
