About Franco De Gemini
Franco De Gemini born 10th September 1928, Ferrara in the North of Italy, is a Italian musician, record producer and composer. He has the nickname "Harmonica Man" after he performed the haunting three notes (there were actually more), written by Ennio Morricone, which recur throughout the soundtrack of the classic Spaghetti Western Once Upon a Time in the West by Sergio Leone. He is indeed one of the greatest harmonica players in Italian history, but has contributed a lot more than just great harmonica playing.
