Francisco Vicente Navarro (Mosqueruela, 1738 - Avila, August 6, 1781) was a Spanish composer and master of the chapel. Francisco Vicente Navarro was born in Mosqueruela, in the Province of Teruel. It is likely that he was educated with the organist of his native town or at the grammar school of nearby Cantavieja, where the musicians Agustín Sesé, Miguel Rambla or José Gargallo were also educated. Probably later he went to study at La Seo de Zaragoza as an infant of the choir, under the teaching of Luis Serra.
