About Francis Hayes
Francis Hayes started writing and playing at 15, after his father bought him his first guitar. Mainly sings his own stuff and the odd cover that means a lot to me. In recent years he has started getting out again to open mics and local events, mainly Stirling and Edinburgh. HotAches Productions have used some of his songs in their climbing films, namely E11, Committed vol1 and vol2. Sunshine Village: “While the world span all around, we held close to the ground”- I wrote after a winter holiday in crystallised Banff, Canada.
