Francesco Lucio, also known as Luccio or Luzzo (circa 1628 - Venice , September 1, 1658), was an Italian composer and organist. Natively perhaps of Conegliano , he moved to Venice in his youth, where he was a pupil of Giovanni Antonio Rigatti , singing teacher of the Hospital of the Incurable. He stayed in the city for the rest of his life. In 1645 he became an organist of the Church of San Martino , a position he held until 1652 and always from the same year as an organist in some Venetian convents during special celebrations.
