There are at least two bands under this name 1. A metal band from Leppävirta Finland. http://www.myspace.com/foreverlostfinland 2. The conception of Forever Lost originated in mid summer of 2002. Guitarist Derik Smith and drummer Jayson Cessna assembled to refashion a local metal scene that had lost it's vitality.
