FUNK.YEAH.A.BLUES.RIOT! For Thirds is an alternative, blues, funk & soul band from The Wedge (on the PA/DE/MD line). Benjamin Oaks (guitar/vocals) and Brian Frost (drums) met over shots of whiskey and conversation about classic r&b. Ben Oaks and Ryan Naus (bass) played in various punk bands in the Newark, DE scene during the 90's. "Our goal is to make dark, deep blues and r&b songs that people can really groove to."
