For Her And The Snow is the nom de disque of Austin, Texas-based singer-songwriter Joe Presti. Originally from Brooklyn, Presti has called Austin home for about a decade. He plays with a Memphis band consisting of: bassman Palli and mixes it up with scratch Memphis musicians Steve Selvidge, Paul Buchignani, Doug Easley, and keyboardist extraordinaire Rick Steff--also currently tinkling the ivory and playing the festivals with Cat Power--for what is easily our most tuneful pop record ever.
