Peter 'Flour' Conway played bass for Minneapolis bands Rifle Sport and later for Breaking Circus in the mid 80s. In 1988, he released his first solo album Flour, playing all of the instruments. 1990’s Luv 713 and 1991’s Machinery Hill, Flour continued to showcase pounding programmed beats and big guitars. After a three year hiatus, Flour returned for one more record, 1994’s Fourth and Final, before calling it a day.
