Fitkin Wall is a new collaboration between harpist Ruth Wall and composer Graham Fitkin, that works towards their new project album Still Warm. The duo perform using three harps, live and pre-recorded audio, scattered beats and grooves; it's difficult to categorise. Rhythmic, multi layered, tinged with jazz and electronica, the music comprises eleven tracks and lasts one hour. The scattered beats, stuttering grooves and digital manipulation are gloriously, and harmoniously, at odds with the intimate, organic cry of the harp.
